La Joconde Pastry has been around for three generations. The owner’s grandfather owned a bakery for 55 years, passed it down to his children and now, his grandchildren. As pastry chefs for multiple generations, La Joconde’s family of active pastry chefs have perfected family recipes, and commingled the flavors of their place of origin with flavors from all over the world. Seven years ago, La Joconde was opened in the United States, as a way to bring family recipes to Los Angeles.
